He's Legit! Too Legit to Quit

Here are some pictures way back from Bo's Residency Graduation.
We had a wonderful night out with just Perry and all of Bo's fellow 3rd year Residents. We ate yummy food, heard some wonderful/motivational talks/speeches, maybe got a little teary eyed, and had lots of hugs and laughs. I'm sure Bo's highlight of the night was being told he was done with residency.  My favorite part, however, was when they were doing a highlight/bio on each resident, and in Bo's he wrote some wonderful words of appreciation to me. Made me cry, he-is-so-thoughtful, I earned it, heartfelt words.   I wish I had filmed it.  I had many friends come up to me later telling me how wonderful his was and how they were jealous and wish their husbands had been so thoughtful.
It is so exciting to be done!  We miss all our friends we have made, and enjoyed our time in Texas and Indiana, but it really does feel good to be ALL DONE and finally on to the career.
Bo, we are so incredibly proud of you.  You have worked so hard so that you can provide well for your family.  Your kids adore you and get so excited to see you when you get off work.  I am grateful to have you as a husband.  You are the best husband, friend, sidekick, and confidant a person could ask for.  It doesn't hurt that you are just so good looking too!  We love you so much.  Congratulations baby!!!!

Family Pictures!!! (It's about time...)

Before leaving Indiana, I had my very talented friend, Lindsay Dockter, take our family pictures. Our last family pictures were taken when Derrick was ONE.  Yes.  So sad.
I wanted one with my family in Downtown Indy, to remind us of our time in that wonderful area.  The night our pictures were scheduled, it started to sprinkle rain, but we decided to go ahead, and I'm so glad we did!  The rain made the scenery even more vibrant and the water droplets looked cool on the canal.
The whole Dockter gang joined us on our outing, and afterwards we all went out for burgers at this yummy place Downtown.  Our kids had a grand time with their best friends, and, well, Bo and I did the same with ours.  We love the Dockters so much.  I'm actually getting really depressed writing this right now, that's how much I miss this family.
Thanks Lindsay for the darling pictures.
Thank you Bo for helping me make one super cute family!!

Random pictures from June

Here's a bunch of pictures that don't really have a post to belong to.  I desperately need to catch up on my blogging, so in an effort to save time, I just lumped all these random pictures together.  I'm hoping to catch up on my blogging so that I can start just blogging funny every day conversations and happenings with my kids.  My kids are cute, funny, and nuts, and I'd like it all to be recorded.  Until then, enjoy the random pictures.
