A first, and I mean A FIRST

I was playing Mario Kart with Carter yesterday. I haven't played in a loooooong time, so needless to say, I wasn't playing too well. You most definitely know you aren't playing well when your 6 year old son tells you, "It's okay mom, if you want you can switch me guys, since mine is faster." or "Yay Mom, you can do it! Keep going, you can do it. Oh good job, Mom!" How sad is it that my little boy felt the need to boost my self esteem? hahahaa
In other news, I took Carter to get his 6 year check up today. He is in the 10th percentile for height and 25th for weight. Hmmmm... we need to work on that. :)
