I Can Do This

Yesterday I had one of those days, where at the end I thought, "I can do this."

It was that good.

We woke up, got some much needed things done, went swimming for a couple of hours, came home and the kids actually ate their lunch. Then we took a long nap, woke up, I made a great dinner, the kids actually ate again, we played, ate some cake, and then went to bed (or at least the kids did). It wasn't anything remarkable, but it was productive, fun, happy, and we were all in a good mood.

I even got a kiss on my arm and a little back rub from Carter during nap time (he takes

naps with me).

Really, with a day like that, I feel like I just might be able to accomplish this whole homemaker, housewife, mom thing.
