Really. Why buy toys when your 1 year old is perfectly content with pulling things out of the cupboard. Bo HATES it when Meg gets into the pans. He's convinced she's going to break something. That, and it's LOUD. Me? Hey, they're pans, they can't break, and if it keeps her busy, happy, and lets me write a post on my blog and catch up on others, why not? My only fear is that she just might break our rice cooker.

Rubber might be quieter than metal pans.
Growing up, we had a drawer of just tupperware lids (bowls were stacked elsewhere I guess) which would entertain me for hours.
For Meg's next birthday, should we get her some silicone muffin pans or something?
So cute. I love love LOVE the "You want a piece of me?" picture in your last post.
markers and pans... all this stuff I have to look forward too. Let's just say i am glad my child is stationary for the moment!
Isn't it funny the things that drive our husbands crazy and we just let it roll!!! I have to remind David all of the time that i have to pick my battles during the day or he would come home to someone going to the nut house, HA!!! When Cambree was little he HATED when she would pull out the dvd's from the shelf, me I didn't care because she wasn't to the point where she could open the cases nor was she walking on them, so I would just let her play with them for hours!! Now i have a feeling he will HATE coming home to Bridger being dressed as a princess!!! (don't worry, it hasn't happened yet)
